I have taken it to 2 stores, talked to talk support, the software is updated, the auto answer has been toggled off and on, app has been deleted and re-installed, device has been removed and re-paired. Web- confirmed that both watches have the latest software updates - downloaded the latest app and iOS for my iphone - confirmed that my account uses my email address - restarted all the watches and my iphone - deleted the contact from the app and then re-entered to see if I could set the contact level from scratch
