I could mount a cam below the strip, but it would be clearly visible to anyone outside or inside the car. How much will the tint affect video, mainly at night... I've had a number of cars tinted at different percentages, I know its all subjective, but I personally wouldn't recommend any darker then 15% especially on black/darker interiors.
