WebTwo vs one peg is purely preference as far as I know. I’ve even seen people use Epic pegs for non-Epic ships at official tournaments. I’ll often only use one peg to allow my longer ships to go underneath enemies and help avoid bump situations (all my locals use 2 pegs). So I say go for it if it helps with your storage!
