WebI had a custom value in the Helm type selection for metrics. I eventually uninstalled the custom Prometheus, and tried the integrated solution and was seeing the same thing. When I switched the type back to helm (from Lens) and removed the custom value for Prometheus address, then switched Prometheus type back again to Lens, it worked after restart.
