Clean up the area or get the vehicle in a paint booth. 3. Start taping newspaper everywhere, i did basically anything within 3 or 4 feet on the car. Tape it tight to the vehicle.

A once-over with a hose will prevent the dirt and grime of the day settling on your paintwork and eventually rusting. Just remember to finish the job with a quick chamois rub over.
