WebThe North Central London Palliative Advice Team (NCLPAT) is a telephone service providing palliative care patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals (in NCL ICS boroughs) with out of hours advice and support. The telephone service, provided by the North London Hospice and NCL ICB, will operate out of hours, Monday-Sunday, 8pm-8am. WebWe are a team of specialist therapists and rehabilitation practitioners who work with Haringey residents, over the age of 18 with physical, cognitive or communication difficulties to maintain and promote independence in their own home or local community. Therapy goals are agreed upon and worked towards over a period of time.
