WebRolling back Geforce Experience from 2.11 to 2.7.4 seems to have fixed MY own issue at least. Now Shadowplay is back to functional and I won't be updating. edit: yeah, I know about the services, all of them were and are running and set to Automatic edit 2: never mind!
