WebMar 13, 2024 · The system stopped working after about 10 rides so I got in touch with Fazua Germany directly. They issued a job tick and after some fault finding which they did remotely they asked me to return the drive system without the battery. To cut a long story short they determined it was the battery and replaced both the drive system and the battery. Webproduct.meta.description
