WebXfinity box frozen on welcome screen I’ve never had this problem before in my 2 years, it’s stuck on the welcome screen and it was totally fine earlier in the day when I watched tv but when I turned it on it was stuck on the welcome screen. The wires were checked and all tightened and I restarted it by taking the power out. WebDecided to disconnect all cables and power and let it sit for 1 minute. Reconnected all the cables and power and left it to do its thing. Came back 15 minutes later and was still at the welcome screen. Changed out the HDMI and coax cables and let it run again after letting the 4k Box sit unattached for a few minutes.
