The aim is to tackle anti-social and nuisance behaviours in the parks and allow residents to use and enjoy parks and green spaces and to feel safe in doing so. The public consultation runs until Friday 13 September. WebLocal Byelaws. Byelaws are laws which are made by a local authority and only apply within a specific geographical area. Created when there is no general legislation that deals with particular matters of concern to local people, byelaws must be ‘confirmed’ (approved) by a secretary of state for the government before they can come into force.
